For additional vehicles or larger ones, alternative parking is available in paid parking lots around the boardwalk or at the Hampton Park & Ride, which allows free overnight parking. Clam Cove is located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, less than 400 feet from Ocean Blvd. Here, you'll find the main boardwalk with everything Hampton has to offer, including the ocean directly across the street. The area is walkable, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more. There are a total of five cottages that share a parking lot, all available to rent alone or together for large groups. Quiet time is encouraged after 9pm to ensure all guests enjoy their time on the seacoast. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive cleaning beyond standard cleaning fees. Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday, and guests should use designated bins. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear should be reported and resolved with the host. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, and no parties are allowed.
