Odysea is ideally located just a 2-minute walk from the Hampton Beach Boardwalk and a 4-minute walk to the expansive sands of Hampton Beach. This prime location allows you to enjoy all the amusements and attractions that Hampton Beach has to offer, from fireworks and concerts to delicious seafood and classic beach activities. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties, events, performing artists, or bands are allowed at any time, as these are cause for eviction with no refund. If any damage impacts the ability to offer the home for future guests, you will be held liable. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Pets are not allowed in the condo.
