The main living room features a cozy gas fireplace and a flat-screen television. For your convenience, this home includes a full-size washer and dryer, an outdoor shower, and a crib and high chair. Enjoy the private saltwater pool and the ground-level party area with a full gas grill. A Social Membership provides access to 2 community pools at the Beach Club and dining options. Beach gear rentals, including bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and kayaks, are available through a daily credit of $50 for reservations of 3 to 21 nights. Grocery delivery, in-home chef services, and babysitting can also be arranged. Nestled in the exclusive DeBordieu Colony, this home offers direct access to the beach via a walkway across the street. DeBordieu Colony is a private, oceanfront gated community near Pawleys Island, offering miles of beaches, tidal creeks, and a nature preserve with walking and biking trails. This is a non-smoking property, and a $500 fee will be charged for violations. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. A $100 holdover fee will be charged for each hour the property is not vacated by 10:00 AM. Early check-in is available for a fee of $125 plus tax, and late check-out is available for a fee of $125 plus tax, both subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is 6, and each vehicle entering the DeBordieu Colony community will be charged a $20 fee. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 per day. Golf carts must be battery/electric powered and operated by individuals at least 16 years of age with a valid driver's license. Boat towing requires a temporary boat decal and seasonal fees. Motorcycles, mopeds, ATVs, go-carts, motorized scooters, and jet skis are prohibited in most gated amenity communities. Campers, trailers, or any other live-in moving vehicle are also prohibited. Motor vehicles are not allowed on the beaches. For any repairs, cleaning, washing, or maintenance to any vehicle, it shall not be carried out on the rental property. Public walkways are clearly marked; do not trespass through private property. No refunds, discounts, or transfers will be made for noise, obstruction of view, or any other nuisance caused by construction activity.
