Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero-tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes, and e-cigs. Smoking is allowed outside and well away from any doors or windows, and any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the exterior front entryway, doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance, and deck, patio, and driveway area.
