YEARLY RENTAL STARTING 10/1/2025 | Cozy, comfy, spacious large condo on the 9th floor at a superb location our little slice of heaven | 5 blocks from the beach, just over the Dorset Avenue bridge in Ventnor Heights, Sunset Harbour is nestled up to the back waterways leading to the bay | Washer/Dryer in unit | Central heat/air-conditioning | Drinking water filtration system, no need for water bottles or a Brita | Large balcony facing west | Resort style oversized bedroom and bathroom | Shower/bathtub | Water, trash, gas included | In-ground pool on the bay open from MDW-LDW | Gym, library, and meeting room | 24/7 parking in lot (with a permit sticker) and additional permit sticker with weekday only lot parking in summer. 24/7 front desk person | Maintenance team 7 days a week | Package receiving/notification | Restaurants, bars, liquor store, deli, CVS, coffee shops within walking distance | 5-minutes from Atlantic City, Margate, and Longport | Can discuss boat/wave runner slip in interested *Will be completely cleared out, touched up, and professionally cleaned for new tenants. Walls cleared and nail holes filled and painted. This has been our primary residence since 2021, a lot of TLC has gone into our home over the past few years.
