Escape to this charming, fully restored 1940s bungalow in East Nashville, perfect for up to six guests. This one-story home offers a peaceful retreat with modern amenities. Feel at home in this comfortable space. This newly renovated 1940s bungalow blends historic quaintness with modern design and comfort. The upscaled kitchen features all stainless appliances, a 5 burner gas range with a pot filler faucet, double ovens and immaculate granite countertops. Exposed wood beams grace the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dish-ware, some spices, a coffeemaker, coffee, creamers, and sugar to get you started. Fresh bed linens are supplied. Each full bathroom has a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and washcloths for makeup removal. An initial round of toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee is provided. Driveway space is available for two cars, and free street parking is available. Pets are welcome with a fee. Only one dog up to 50lbs is allowed. Dogs must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unattended. Dogs need to be crated if left alone in the house and must be housebroken. Potty areas are outside but not on a neighbor's lawn. The neighborhood is close to everything you need. Mitchells Deli and Dose are nearby, and it's a mile to Riverside Village, which is a little pocket neighborhood filled with Nashvillians, restaurants, shops, street art, and Amelia's Flower Truck. Uber/Lyfts are readily available. Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. No glitter or confetti decorations are allowed, and no decorations are allowed on the wallpaper. Please remove all decorations before departure. Quiet hours should be observed to respect the neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged.
