Welcome to this family home in San Diego, where you can feel at home. This apartment features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, with all bedrooms and the bathroom located on the same floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove/oven, blender, toaster, cooking pans, baking trays, coffee, oil, sugar, salt, a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. The living area is air-conditioned and features a 65-inch flat-screen smart TV with cable and Roku for Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+. The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. An in-building washer, dryer, and detergent are available for your convenience. Enjoy access to the outdoor pool with sun loungers, hot tub, and private balcony. Free parking is available for 2 cars, and pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet per night. This apartment is in a prime location, just 5 minutes from shopping centers and local restaurants. Please smoke outside of the home only. To avoid neighbors calling the police, lower all noise and close windows to prevent noise from going outside of the house, especially after 9 PM. Any activities after 9 PM need to be inside the house with all doors and windows closed to prevent noise. If neighbors complain, or you violate the noise house rule multiple times, there is a $1000 fine for the violation. Each unauthorized guest or pet will incur a $100 per night penalty. Do not download illegal content using the Wi-Fi. No food is allowed in the bedrooms to maintain cleanliness. Wipe off makeup before sleeping. Lock all windows and doors when leaving the apartment. Any issue needs to be reported within 3 hours after check-in. Do not put trash or toilet paper in the toilet bowls, as clogged toilets or plumbing issues can result in a bill of $300-$500. Do not break any sprinklers, and only drive on the driveway, not on the dirt. No DJ is allowed, with a $1000 fine for violations. Fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi is available.
