With new appliances, a coffee maker, and seating for 7 people, this space will make you feel right at home. There is also a relaxing corner with two loveseats and a chair, the perfect place to curl up with a book. The main living space includes more lounge seating, a 65-inch Smart TV to stream your favorite shows, and access to the upper patio space. There is even a Peloton bike to log in to and keep up with your routine. The outdoor area is surrounded by woods and features four outdoor patio spaces with woodland views and a gas grill. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Cardinal Cove sits on a 0.93-acre lot with a spacious, wooded backyard and two neighboring houses. Beaver Lake is about a block away, and the closest access point is Starkey Marina. This home is just 2 miles to Starkey Marina, 3 miles to The Beaver Dam, and 11 miles to Downtown Eureka, which offers several restaurants and shops. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host, and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
