The condo features an open-concept design, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, in-suite laundry machines, a private balcony, high-speed Wi-Fi, a living room with a 55" smart TV, and a dedicated dining area with seating for 4. On-site, underground parking is available for one vehicle at $20 per night. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass. You will need to park your vehicle temporarily outside the building upon arrival while you go up to the unit to collect the garage fob. Please obey all street signs. Steps from tennis courts, green spaces, and Stampede Park, you’ll be staying in the city’s vibrant Design District, just a short walk from downtown. Nearby family attractions include the Calgary Tower, Devonian Gardens, Calgary Stampede, Prince's Island Park, TELUS Spark Science Center, Calgary Zoo, Heritage Park, and Calaway Amusement Park. Other nearby attractions include Cowboys Casino, Lindsay Park, Scotiabank Saddledome, Glenbow Museum, Olympic Plaza and Shaganappi Point Golf Course. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited in or around the property, including common areas. Violations may result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Pets are strictly not allowed in this short-term rental. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Lost or stolen keys will result in a $250 replacement fee. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
