Just a quick 10–15 minute drive to the vibrant entertainment, dining, and sports hubs of Glendale, Peoria, and Surprise, you can catch all the action at the Glendale Westgate Entertainment District, Peoria's P83, and the charming shops and restaurants in Surprise. Sports fans will appreciate the proximity to State Farm Stadium and three major MLB spring training stadiums. Sun City is also home to eight beautiful golf courses, and guests receive exclusive access to discounted green fees through guest passes. The property has a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, vaping, drug use, and parties, with fines applicable for violations. No animals are allowed, with a fine of $250 per day for violations. At least one person occupying the house must be 55+. Vehicles cannot be parked on the street for more than 72 hours at a time. No mail or packages are allowed. Be respectful of the neighbors in this family-friendly neighborhood. Check-out is at 11 AM, and the cleaning crew will enter the home at that time. Any damage resulting in blocked days on the calendar will result in charges for those days. A remote work-friendly environment is provided, allowing you to work comfortably from home.
