Each bedroom offers a unique and tranquil escape with colorful artwork and fun mixes of pillows. Onsite amenities include a hot tub, putting green, corn hole, and cruiser bikes. As a guest, you’ll receive exclusive access to discounted green fees at these courses through guest passes. Escape to sunny Sun City and enjoy the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. This comfortable and stylish apartment is centrally located in the West Valley, just a quick 10–15 minute drive to the entertainment, dining, and sports hubs of Glendale, Peoria, and Surprise. Sun City is home to 8 beautiful golf courses, including five regulation courses, 1 mini golf and three executive layouts. At least one person occupying the house needs to be 55+. Vehicles cannot be parked on the street for more than 72 hours at a time. Additional cleaning will be billed at an hourly rate of $50. There can be exceptions made for additional guests other than the ones staying, but please contact to arrange. Violating this will be a $200 charge per person per day. Should you bring an animal after violating the house rules you will be fined an extra $250 per day. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking, vaping, or drug use, and should you violate this there will be a $500 fine, and for every piece of evidence of smoking or drug use, an additional $25 will be charged. There are no parties allowed, and should you have a party you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund. If there are any noise complaints or the police are called you could be asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged when available but will be an additional $100 fee and they must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. A $150 charge will be applied to guest(s) still on property after check-out time. If you do not have any reviews a state ID is required, and a deposit may be requested at the discretion of the owner. No crypto mining is allowed on premises, and should it be found that this is happening you will be asked to leave and no refund issued.
