You'll find a variety of dining options within easy walking distance, from casual eateries to family-friendly restaurants. The neighborhood itself is known for its friendly atmosphere and beautiful residential streets, perfect for leisurely strolls. You'll also find easy access to other nearby towns like Margate and Atlantic City. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors, other guests, and the overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind and any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the partner will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
