For inside entertainment, there are games, books, reading material, puzzles, poker chips, and a 65” smart TV. The well-stocked kitchen includes a drip coffee maker, French press, Keurig, Nespresso coffee maker (original size pods), coffee bar syrups, hot water kettle, crockpot, blender, hand mixer, pots, trays, spices, and ice maker. New linens are provided. Conveniently located 8 minutes from I-85, 22 minutes to Clemson University, 20 minutes to Anderson University, and 5 minutes to grocery stores. Next door is campground access (with entry fee) with a swimming pool, beach, putt-putt, basketball, and boat launch. Please park by the storage garage (not in the front circle) due to risk of falling tree limbs. There is a tree hazard to the right of the dock, so no diving or driving boats/jet skis near it. A boat and jet skis at the dock remain in place, so please do not touch or use them. To help manage power usage, avoid running the washer/dryer between 3–6 PM. No fireworks are allowed. There are exterior security cameras at the driveway, front door, and dock. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am, and guests must keep noise to a minimum. Pets are not allowed at the property.
