You'll also have access to a fitness center within the building. Parking is available at $50 per night, but spots are limited, so inquire when booking to check availability. Located in the Goose Island neighborhood, you can easily explore local gems like Steppenwolf Theater, The Salt Shed, and The Second City, thanks to the proximity to the CTA Red, Brown, and Purple Lines. Enjoy shopping at nearby spots like Crate & Barrel and Whole Foods, or catch a movie at AMC NEWCITY 14, just a short walk away. For convenient dining options, try takeout from local favorites like King Crab House Chicago, Goose Island Brewhouse, or Alinea, all within walking distance from your apartment. Check-in is at 4 pm (same-day at 6 pm) and check-out is at 11 am. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located, and termination of the stay without a refund. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building. Any violation will result in an immediate fine of $500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund. Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals, if you have a service animal, please notify the host prior to check-in.
