Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Propane for the grill is provided by guests, and the propane tank cannot be guaranteed to be full upon arrival. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A written notification and approval from the host is required for pets, with a pet fee and a $150 security deposit applied for up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). A $250 refundable security deposit is authorized as a hold on your credit card prior to arrival, which will be released following a damage-free inspection after departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. Guests are expected to clean up and dispose of any mess and/or pet waste properly. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation, and up to two cars may park in front of or next to the building. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
