Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, you'll be just a short drive away from local restaurants, bars, shops, and major attractions like Banff and downtown Calgary. Upstairs, enjoy a soundproof, windowless movie room perfect for late-night films, a luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed and double vanity en-suite, and two additional bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. The main floor offers a spacious living room with a smart TV, a dedicated office, a large kitchen, and another full bathroom. The cozy basement suite provides extra space with a second living room, a smart TV, a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette with basic essentials, ideal for multi-family stays or longer visits. Driveway parking is available for your convenience. Pets are allowed, and you can enjoy the semi-fenced backyard with a patio, although no patio furniture is currently available. Please note that there is no BBQ provided. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, Strawberry Fields offers easy access to local amenities and attractions. You're just a 2-minute drive from restaurants, bars, and shops, a 20-minute drive from the airport, and a 30-minute drive from downtown Calgary, including the Stampede. For a day trip, Banff is only a 1.5-hour drive away, making this location ideal for exploring the best of the area. This is a multi-level home with stairs between all floors, and the backyard is semi-fenced but not polished. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please remove your shoes at the entranceway, and note that no smoking is allowed indoors or near windows, with a $1000 fee for violations. Parties or excessive noise are not permitted, with a $1000 fee for misbehavior. Check-out time must be adhered to, with an $85/hour fee for delays. A clean home is a happy home, so please clean your dishes before you go, as an exceptionally messy state will incur a $60/hour cleaning fee. For early check-in or late check-out, there is an additional $50/hour fee once approved and if available. The white couches are lightly stained but clean, and lots of decor requires supervision of children. The use of glitter is prohibited, and all guests must be registered and approved by the host. The home features a large office with a desk and chair, perfect for remote work. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property to ensure you stay connected during your stay.
