The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station, pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups, blender, toaster, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods. Memory foam mattresses and premium linens are provided in the bedrooms, and the spa-style bathrooms feature high-pressure showers with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the spots labeled 229 in front of the townhouse. Mid-size SUVs or smaller can fit in the garage. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, or garages, and smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. To ensure the safety and security of all guests, the primary guest must be 21+, and all guests staying in the unit must provide their IDs. Failure to disclose pets or pay the required fees in advance may result in additional charges of $500+ and/or cancellation of your reservation.
