It features a spacious living area with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer with starter detergent. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station, pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups, blender, toaster, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods. Entertainment options include a 55” 4K smart TV in the living room with access to streaming platforms and an additional smart TV in one bedroom. The apartment also features memory foam mattresses and premium linens, spa-style bathrooms with high-pressure showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. Parking is limited to three vehicles in the spots labeled 227 in front of the townhouse. Mid-size SUVs or smaller can fit in the garage. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for one pet (capped at $195 per stay) or $25 per night for two pets (capped at $295 per stay). For pets over 35 lbs, there is a one-time $49 fee for one large pet or a one-time $95 fee for two large pets, in addition to the standard pet fee. An optional cleaning reset for extended stays is available for $175, which includes new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal. Early check-in and late checkout are available based on availability for $59 for one hour early/late or $89 for two hours early/late. Conveniently located near popular dining, nightlife, and major attractions, this townhome is approximately 10 minutes from Downtown Raleigh and the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, and approximately 15 minutes from PNC Arena and North Hills. Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Repeated noise violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The primary guest must be 21+. Guests aged 18–20 may reserve with a one-time additional fee of $35. Failure to disclose pets or pay the required fees in advance may result in additional charges of $500+ and/or cancellation of your reservation. Includes a dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps).
