Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. Violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property.
