Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. A laptop computer is not included.
