Free street parking is available, and firewood can be included for an additional cost. Please note that the driveway and patio are reserved for upstairs guests only. Located just a short drive away from various attractions, you are only 5-10 minutes from restaurants, bars, and shops, 8 minutes from WinSport Canada Olympic Park, 18 minutes from Downtown Calgary (Stampede), and 1.5 hours from Banff. As this is an older home, noise can travel between floors, and the AC unit upstairs may be loud. The ceiling height is low in some areas, so guests taller than 5’11" may need to duck. Smoking indoors or near windows is prohibited and will result in a $1000 fee. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed, with a penalty of $1000 for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The laundry room is shared with upstairs guests, and the backyard is also a shared space. Please be mindful of the upstairs guests and the shared nature of the property.
