Monthly rentals only. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee. Shoes off upon entry and quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person per night if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. No unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, locks, etc., as fees will apply. No unlawful use of the home. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains and trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Garbage disposal: Do not put metal, plastic, eggshells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. The HOA is very strict here, and adherence to their community rules is required to avoid penalties. For direct bookings, note that all credit card processing will incur a 5% fee to the guest. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy, minus any credit card processing fees. Blazing-fast Gigabit Wi-Fi ensures remote productivity.
