This condo grants you access to top-tier amenities, including a fitness room, indoor and outdoor pools, a game room, an indoor shared sauna, and a shared hot tub. Free parking is available at the property for a maximum of 2 cars. Parking is available in front of the building and in a parking garage located on Cassandra Lane. Guests will need to retrieve the keycard from the room in order to access the parking garage. Located in a resort-style building, this condo is the ideal home base for your coastal adventure and is near the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Sky Wheel Myrtle Beach, Alabama Theatre, Tanger Outlet Mall, Ripley’s Aquarium, and 5 blocks away from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine, in addition to a charge for any cleaning costs. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $100 will be applied. Mr. Vaporizer performs monthly preventative treatments in every unit: on the 2nd Wednesday for Tower floors 2nd to 9th, and on the 3rd Wednesday for Tower floors 10th to 15th and Villa 1 and Villa 2. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony. The indoor pool and hot tub are currently under repair, with the expected reopening scheduled before Christmas.
