Designed with stunning ocean views from your private balcony, this condo features a spacious living room with sliding doors leading to the balcony and a kitchenette equipped with all essentials and wood cabinets. Enjoy the outdoor pool, lazy river, and whirlpool, along with 700 ft. of oceanfront beach. Free off-street parking is available with one space per unit. Additional parking is located in the garage across from the building. Extra housekeeping is available for $95 a day with 48-hour notice. Situated in a prime location, this condo is just a short walk to the famous boardwalk on the ocean and nearby attractions such as Starbucks, McDonald's, River City Restaurant, Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Dragon's Lair at Broadway at the Beach, Jurassic Golf, Jungle Safari, Captain Hook's Adventure courses, Nascar SpeedPark, Brookgreen Gardens, and Championship Golf. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise. Grilling is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may result in eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Late check-out penalties start from $500. Upgraded internet with speeds of 200mbs/20mbs per unit makes this condo perfect for remote work from the beach. A laptop computer is not included.
