The kitchen has white cabinets and is equipped with all major appliances including a refrigerator, stove, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit as-is without warranty for repairs or replacement. Community amenities include a large in-ground swimming pool with deck chairs to enjoy the summer weather. This property is available NOW! Landlord is offering one month free with an eighteen-month lease. A twelve-month lease is also available. Rent: $1,195.00 per month includes water, sewer, basic cable, trash, and grounds keeping.
