The kitchen has a refrigerator with an ice maker*, garbage disposal, stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, spacious counter tops with eat in bar top, and tons of cabinet space. All of our apartments are sunny and super clean, non-smoking, and have front door parking (to accommodate 1 car, per person, per apartment). Autumn Chase Apartment Community has 3 ponds with fountains, all within lush immaculate grounds & landscaping. Check out our designer relaxation area, sparkling clean sidewalks and trash center, picnic tables, grills and swings. We promise to make your experience fun, stress free, and most of all unforgettable! We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00(per pet) is required along and canine's must pay a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. Canine's are required to hold a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy.
