Outside, the private dock is perfect for fishing, swimming, or docking your own boat. Two kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard are available for use, along with a charcoal grill and a Solo fire pit for evening enjoyment. A pontoon boat is available to rent from its owners for $275 per day, with discounts on stays of three or more days and six or more days. You're welcome to dock your own boat, or rent the pontoon boat through its owners. Several other boat rental options are also just down the street. Situated on a quiet, residential stretch of waterfront, this home is just steps from downtown Fremont. Enjoy the convenience of walking downtown for dinner, ice cream, or visiting the public library across the street. In the summer, catch a free show from the Webfooters Water Ski Show Team right next door. The Wolf River and nearby Partridge Lake are known for excellent fishing, and the town celebrates Fremont River Days every summer. Downtown offers various dining and drinking options, including Bridge Bar & Restaurant, Hotel Fremont, Wolf River Pizza Co., The Boathouse, The Nauti Turtle, Knot Tide for coffee and drinks, and Gertrude's Ice Cream. In summer, the Webfooters Water Ski Show Team puts on free shows most Wednesday and Sunday evenings on the banks of the Wolf River, right next door. This is a self-check-in property with keyless entry. Your check-in instructions and personal entry code will come through Breezeway before you arrive. The driveway fits up to four cars, and extra parking is available on the road. Pets are allowed with a maximum of one pet and a pet fee. Smoking is not allowed in the home, and violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed. Dogs must be kept off of all furniture and beds, be fully housebroken, and cleaned up after outside. Please take off shoes when entering and treat the home with respect.
