Location: Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The sky train station, grocery stores, many restaurants, liquor store, shopping streets - all just steps away from the apartment! A direct sky train to Vancouver in less than 35 minutes ! Amenities: A very comfortable bed, Fully functional kitchen with all cooking essentials, free parking stall, a private working station, fireplace in the living room and a huge patio for you to relax (almost the size of the apartment) Very cozy place in the beautiful New Westminster city. Entire place : The room is equipped with a very comfortable queen bed (literally!), private work desk and chair, full length mirror wardrobes, chest of drawers and place to keep your suitcases and hangers for your clothes. The room is equipped with ample lamps to light up the room at any time of the day. Shared areas: 1. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully functional with pots and pans, basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, cooking oil, spices, dinner set, cutlery and everything else! 2. Dining area: there is a beautiful dining area for you to sit and enjoy your meals. 3. Bathroom: the bathroom is shared with us. The space includes bathing essentials such as bath towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also provide tooth paste and bath foam for guests who wish to have a bath (we request the bath to be limited to 30 min as its’s a common space and other guests/ people might have to use the bathroom :)). We provide disinfecting wipes, seat covers for the pot to support and maintain hygiene. 4. Living area: our living area is very beautiful, full of light during the day and lit with warm lights during the night. The fireplace and the red chair are the highlights and would make you feel very cozy with a throw that we have to offer. There are beautiful lamps and fairy lights that add to the charm of our living space. Sitting here during the day will make you feel very peaceful and content for sure (works for us:)) The living area has an adjoining area with a table and 2 high chairs , which could also be used as additional working space. 5. Patio: Our patio is one of a kind and is as huge as 1000 sq ft! The Patio has numerous plants that gives a touch of the nature and attracts little humming birds which provides a mesmerising view at any time of the day. The patio has dining furniture and would be a perfect spot for you to have a candle light dinner near the fire pit ! We request the guests to be silent after 9 PM to make sure the neighbours are not disturbed. We also request the guests to put the trash out in the designated bins on 3rd floor for trash and 1st floor for compost and recycle items before checkout. We also request the guests to remove their pillow covers, duvet covers and fitted sheets and put them in the washer on their way out. The apartment is located at a very prime location and is close to everything- you wouldn’t need a car! 3 min walk to the sky train and the bus station, 2 min walk to grocery store (safeway), pharmacy (shoppers drug mart), liquor store, many many restaurants at footsteps. The metropolitan mall is 15 min with a direct sky train for all your shopping needs! If you wanted to go to Vancouver downtown, the sky train will take you there in 40 min with a direct line! The airport would be 30 min away by car and around 50 min with Skytrain.
