Dining and shopping options include Orange Beach Sportsplex, Tanger Outlets Foley, and local seafood restaurants. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA; only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside; surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided.
