No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. The minimum age requirement for check-in from March 1st to May 1st is 25 years old, and travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
