Nearby attractions include SeaWorld San Diego, San Diego International Airport, Old Town San Diego State Historic Park, USS Midway Museum, Downtown San Diego, Gaslamp Quarter, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, and La Jolla Cove. The area is perfect for various water activities and whale watching, with a relaxed atmosphere and excellent dining options on Newport Avenue. Guests are not allowed to use outdoor areas after 9pm, and only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. There is no smoking of any kind on the property, with a fine of $500 for violations. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10pm, and no more than three guests above the stated number of occupants are allowed on the premises at any time. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout to avoid fines. Pets are not allowed without written authorization.
