This delightful home offers a serene retreat with modern comforts, ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a relaxing escape. Feel at home in this charming Wilmington Island retreat. This home features a pool and hot tub. Early check-in is available for a fee of $47 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability and the cleaning schedule. A pet fee of $83 will be charged if you bring pet(s). Experience the charm and convenience of Wilmington Island living while being just a short drive from Savannah's vibrant attractions. Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is approximately 20 miles away, about a 30-minute drive. Downtown Savannah, River Street, and Broughton Street are each approximately 10 miles away, about a 20-minute drive. Pool maintenance is scheduled every Tuesday during regular working hours, or Wednesday if Tuesday falls on a public holiday. Hot tub maintenance is carried out on Fridays or Sundays, also during working hours. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, and refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, in the bedrooms, or on the beds. Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules before booking. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification for all guests aged 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay.
