This condo features a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and cookware, an OLED TV, and a SONOS sound system for premium entertainment. The lush, landscaped resort includes pools, hot tubs, and BBQ grills. This is a pet-friendly property with a fee of $100. Perfectly blending relaxation and adventure, this condo is a 2-minute walk to Charley Young Beach and a 10-minute drive to Wailea’s luxury resorts. You'll also find coffee shops, grocery stores, and sunset spots within walking distance, and the airport is a 20-minute drive away. No smoking is allowed inside or outside within 100 feet (even on the balcony), and there is a $500 minimum fee for violations. No parties are allowed. Please avoid sand in the apartment, spills on the rug and sofa, and permanent stains on the white towels. Do not leave the unit with the AC on when you leave the property. Remove shoes in the unit. Quiet hours are after 10 PM. If a pet is found on the premises at any time during your stay, a minimum penalty fee of $500 will be applied. If your unit is unusually loud and I get complaints from the neighbors/other guests, I will have to ask you to leave and take the full security deposit. Electricity is extremely pricey on the island. You may be charged an extra fee if we see evidence of excessive usage.
