This home offers an array of amenities and comfortable accommodations. The master bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a 42" Smart TV. The largest room accommodates up to six guests with three full-size beds and a 32" Roku TV. The inviting living room includes comfy oversized couches, seating for 10, and a 55" Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes glassware, plateware, non-stick cookware, a coffee maker, and all necessary utensils, as well as a full-size fridge, microwave, glass-top stove, oven, blender, 12-cup coffee pot, Keurig, Ninja blender, and slow cooker. The shared bathroom has a convenient tub-shower combo. A full-size washer and dryer are available in the backyard shed. Bringing pets incurs a fee of $120 per stay per pet. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the same cost as the regular cleaning fee. Aransas Pass is a quaint little town nestled between Rockport, Port Aransas, and Corpus Christi, making it a top destination for getting the most out of your time in the 361 area. It is a short driving distance to all the top destinations in the Gulf Coast. Rockport Beach is a 20 minute drive, Port Aransas Beach is a 40 minute drive, Corpus Christi Beaches are a 20 minute drive, Goose Island State Park is a 25 minute drive, Lake Corpus Christi State Park is a 45 minute drive, and Mustang Island State Park is a 45 minute drive. The entrance to the front of the home is an unpaved strip of grassy area about 20 feet in length. Trash pickup is every Tuesday and Friday, and trash bins must be rolled to the street curb. A pet fee of $120 per stay per pet is required. There is a maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs. All pets must be kenneled and house trained, leashed at all times if outside the home, and kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in the garbage receptacles outside of the home. Guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. This property is equipped with exterior security cameras only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. Cameras are motion-activated and record video and audio and may be active during your stay. Camera locations include the front porch/entryway, driveway, and backyard. All cameras are outward-facing and used solely for safety, security, and enforcement of house rules.
