A small pond in the backyard connects to Big Creek, offering fishing opportunities for those who bring their own gear. The home features modern updates, a fully stocked kitchen with both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, and an on-site washer and dryer for your convenience. The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet per night. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fees beyond one pet are processed manually post-reservation confirmation. Located in the private community of Paradise Estates, this home is a mix of full-time residents, vacation homes, and rental properties. Just 5 miles from the Nisqually entrance of Mt. The cabin is accessible by fully maintained roads year-round, though a car is necessary as there is no public transit nearby. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter, with tire chains available for rent at local stores. This pet-friendly home requests that pets are not allowed on furniture or linens, and they should not be left unattended. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, and there is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. No parties or events are allowed, and there is a $500 fine per violation. The use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during burn bans.
