Located just 5 minutes away from the beach, this house is your ideal getaway. This South Florida luxury house is close to the shimmering Atlantic Ocean. The first room features a king-size bed, a closet, and a Smart TV. The second and third rooms each have two queen beds, closets, and Smart TVs. The house includes a shared full bath and a full master bath. The living area boasts a large sectional and a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a large island with a cooktop, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, and spacious cabinetry, along with small appliances like a toaster and coffee maker. Basic cookware, cutlery, and pots and pans are provided. The dining table seats 8 guests, and the outdoor area includes a comfy seating area and grill. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Parking is included with the reservation, and a free Pack n Play is available upon request. Close to the house, you'll find the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and miles of Blue Wave-designated beaches. The area is surrounded by numerous restaurants and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can dine, enjoy horse races, or try your luck at the casino just five minutes away. To the north, visit the famous Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino, perfect for beachgoers attending events at Hard Rock Stadium. Enjoy more shopping and dining in Fort Lauderdale, or head south to the renowned Aventura Mall or South Beach for nightlife. The house is minutes away from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. For groceries, a Publix Super Market is a two-minute drive away, and Instacart delivery is available. Guests must swim at their own risk, and children must be supervised. There are exterior security cameras on the property. The property management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while using the pool or surrounding areas. No diving or running is allowed.
