The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the patio, where outdoor patio furniture and a grill await for casual barbecues. Six bathrooms serve the home, ensuring ample space. A free washer/dryer is tucked nearby for easy laundry care during longer stays. A pet is welcome with a fee applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. Port St. Joe offers gentle waves, soft sand, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. After a day of beachcombing, you can explore local cafés, fishing piers, or simply linger on the boardwalk, feeling the rhythm of the Gulf. The historic, pedestrian-friendly downtown is a charming spot, filled with antique shops, bistros, green spaces, and a picturesque marina that's perfect for al fresco dining. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. If found to be in violation of plumbing rules, a fine of up to $500 will apply. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Please be extra careful with these rules as you might risk getting towed.
