This is a self-catering home, and a starter supply of essentials is provided. Please note that humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence in Florida; the property is professionally sprayed for pests. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Plumbing is sensitive; do not pour grease, glass, metal, plastics, sanitary napkins, tampons, seafood shells, fish scales, diapers, rags, clothing, explosives, flammable material, oil, or strong chemicals down any drain, as a violation may result in a fine of up to $500. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate of noise levels outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway; overflow parking is available on Lava Tree Dr. Overnight parking is not permitted in the Clubhouse parking lot. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for violations of any rules. A damage protection option is required for all reservations.
