Feel at home in this beautifully situated home with beach access directly across the street, providing plenty of room for your family and friends to relax after a day spent in Port St. Joe's soft white sand. Enter through a screened-in porch to find a main-level living space that's open, air conditioned, and full of sunlight, bringing together the living room, the dining area, and the kitchen. This home features four spacious themed bedrooms, six bathrooms, and one large living area. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, an outdoor fire pit, and a putting green. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Affectionately referred to by the locals as "small town with a big heart," Port St. Joe has plenty to offer anyone looking for a casual escape. Lounge among the dunes on the soft, sandy beaches, snorkel in the Gulf of Mexico, or hop on a boat for a fishing excursion. Plenty of local restaurants offer up fresh seafood, from sit-down options to casual, waterfront fish shacks. The historic, pedestrian-friendly downtown is a charming spot, filled with antique shops, bistros, green spaces, and a picturesque marina that's perfect for al fresco dining. Kids will love the array of attractions in Port St. Joe like Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center, a sea turtle rescue site with conservation exhibits and information, and George Core Park, a waterside park with a lighthouse and picnic areas. You can also visit St. Joe Beach, a family-friendly beach with soft sand and gentle surf. The house is directly across from the beach, just a 2-minute walk. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome a house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight), and a pet fee is applied. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. If plumbing is found to be in violation of the sensitive plumbing guidelines, a fine of up to $500 will apply. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
