Nearby attractions include Olde Town Arvada (6-minute drive), Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre (15-minute drive), and Downtown Denver (20-minute drive). This home is near a railroad track, so you can hear train noises such as the crossing bells and train horns. Quiet time is between 10 PM to 8 AM, so please be respectful of the neighbors.
