Around the corner, you'll find a larger backyard area with a patio, a propane grill, and an outdoor dining area. A 2-person sauna is also available in the game room. A washer and dryer are available in the hallway, stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. This home is located in Southwest Arvada, a historic city with an endearing and walkable Olde Town, full of bakeries, shops, and restaurants. It's a 6-minute drive to Olde Town Arvada, a 15-minute drive to Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, and a 20-minute drive to Downtown Denver. This home is in an older neighborhood near train tracks with easy access to highways. Please be respectful of neighbors, as quiet time starts between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please note that this home is near railroad tracks, and you can hear train noises such as crossing bells and train horns. Smoking of any kind in the house or on the property is prohibited and will incur a $350 fine to cover cleaning and restoration costs.
