This cozy space includes a full kitchen stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, and griddle. Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker or a Keurig machine. An ironing board and iron are provided for guest use. The Summerspell community offers a seasonally heated community pool, a community hot tub, and community charcoal grills with a picnic area available year round. A pack and play, high chair (booster seat style), and kids plastic cups, plates, bowls, and silverware are available for guest use, free of charge. A pay-per-use community laundry room is available outside the front door of the condo in the breezeway. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach in the Summerspell community, this quiet and family-friendly apartment is less than one minute's walk to gorgeous public beach access. It's also minutes from Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, locally owned restaurants and shoppes, family entertainment, and nightlife. While a few restaurants are within walking distance, bringing a vehicle is recommended. Uber, Lyft, SHIPT, and Instacart are popular in the area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10:00 PM sharp. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Trailer, RV, box truck, and watercraft parking are not permitted at any time in the community. Towing fees issued from the HOA apply to any violation of this. Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated; please book with an accurate guest count to ensure enough linens are provided. This is a first-floor unit within a complex of other units, so noise from above may be out of our control. Student groups or groups under age 25 are not hosted at any time; if it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided.
