The living room boasts a full wall of sliding glass doors that allow for incredible natural light and includes a Smart TV with standard cable. Guests can log in to their own streaming services. The open-concept kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stovetop, and a large toaster oven. Please note, there is no standard oven, only a cooktop. The kitchen also includes dishes, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. For younger guests, a high chair, pack and play, cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available. The bedroom offers a cozy king bed and a smart TV. The closet stores two twin memory foam mattresses with linens for additional sleeping accommodations. The bathroom features a stand-up shower and soft towels. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located off the patio. This community offers three newly remodeled community pools, with the pool near the tennis courts being seasonally heated. Trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex, and HOA towing fees apply for any violations. A 10 PM noise ordinance is in effect. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Pets must be crated when unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them indoors and outdoors. Pets are not allowed on furniture.
