Situated on a cul-de-sac, this home provides easy access to the community's amenities, including basketball and pickleball/tennis courts, and one of the community pools. The open-concept kitchen and dining area overlook the living area, featuring quartz countertops, brand new stainless appliances, and a bonus margarita machine. The back patio, accessible from the living and dining area, includes both a propane and charcoal grill for relaxation and entertainment. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, with potential room for a third depending on size. A $30 entry fee for wristbands is required for beach access, payable by credit or debit card. Pets are welcome with a non-negotiable pet fee of $200, and must be house trained and crated if left unattended. Emotional support animals are not exempt from the fee, but ADA recognized service animals are free of charge. Located in the beautiful gated community of Emerald Shores, this home offers two access points from Highway 98 and Scenic Highway 98. A short walk leads to the second seasonally heated community pool and the private gated beach access, complete with pavilions and close proximity to Kenny D's beach bar and grill. The neighborhood's seasonal shuttle service provides ease of access to the beach. Check-in is at 4 PM CST and check-out is at 10 AM CST. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. A residential noise ordinance is in effect from 10 PM. No street parking is allowed, and a maximum of 2 vehicles is permitted in the driveway. No smoking is allowed on the property, and any overstay will incur an additional day's stay and cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed in the pool areas, and any undisclosed pet will result in enforcement of the pet fee. The property does not host students or groups under age 25. Immediate notification of any issues during your stay is required for resolution. Includes keyless entry for convenience, a TV with Cox Cable, and a console table that doubles as a queen-sized pull-out Murphy bed. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for guest use.
