Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, with an additional $29/night fee applied for each additional guest.
