The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, and stone flooring. There’s also a built-in breakfast bar with seating for 3. The dining area has a table with seat settings for 8, place settings, dining utensils, stone flooring, and a statement light fixture. The living room is decorated in bold, contrasting colors and features comfortable seating, coffee tables, a designer rug, lighting, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Each bedroom has been furnished with your comforts in mind with fluffy pillows, crisp linens, and clean sheets. The backyard features an outdoor swimming pool, relaxing loungers, a hammock for sunbathing, an outdoor patio area, and a fully fenced yard. For those interested in exploring Dallas, the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden [24 min drive], the Children’s Aquarium Dallas at Fair Park [27 min drive], and the AT&T Stadium [50 min drive]. Plenty of shopping options are available such Lakeview Center, Town East Mall, Vista Crossing, and White Rock Shopping Center. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, with an additional $29/night fee applied for each additional guest.
