Enjoy secured, controlled access entry and smart home features, ensuring you feel at home. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Enjoy free Starbucks signature coffee drinks, a large resort-style swimming pool, an elite fitness center, and lightning-fast Wi-Fi. Netflix, Hulu, and cable TV with over 70 channels and DVR are also included. The apartment is pet-friendly with a pet spa and offers a full in-suite washer and dryer. Cats and dogs are allowed with restrictions, including a restricted breed list. There is a $300 one-time fee per pet with a limit of two pets. If a parking permit is required, one permit is issued per screened occupant. Located within minutes of Moffitt Cancer Center, Advent Health, and the University of South Florida, this apartment provides easy access to several major Tampa attractions. Background screening is required for every adult (age 18+) prior to occupation, with no fee. Felonies of any kind will be denied. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and guests must notify 24 hours in advance if checking in after 6 PM. Guests must complete screening forms 48 hours prior to check-in, and may not check-in if the background screening is not completed. Two occupants are allowed per bedroom, with occupants considered anyone over the age of 3. One access item is issued per screened occupant. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed within the rental or within 20 feet of the building, with a $1,500 charge if discovered. Maintenance follows a service route each day and cannot be scheduled, except for tasks exceeding 2 hours. Technicians will not enter the property if there is a loose dog, so pets must be put away in a crate or alternative room or bedroom.
