Open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances (early 2025), pantry and trash compactor! Half bath downstairs and storage closet underneath stairs. Laundry closet with washer and dryer located upstairs - great convenience! Enjoy cooling off during the hot summer at the community pool! Easy access to interstate for commuting too! Applicants must have a credit score of 600 or better and must make 3x the rent in Net Income. All adults must apply separately. Pets must be approved prior to applying.
