For stays beyond 30 days, there is a $500 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, electric, trash, and gas. Its proximity to Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals makes it ideal for those in recovery who prefer a home with a first-floor bedroom and bathroom. Nearby attractions include Little Italy, the Coventry neighborhood with international and veggie/vegan restaurants, Forest Hill Park's walking trails and waterfalls, and the Cedar Lee Independent movie theater. Guests have access to every part of the house. Parking on the street during the day is free, but at night, guests must move cars into the driveway to avoid a ticket. The house is equipped with a security system. Tenants are asked to use the snow shovels provided if there is less than 3 inches of snow; otherwise, snow removal is taken care of. Lawn maintenance is provided during the spring, summer, and fall. Check-in is after 1:00 p.m., with flexibility depending on your travel schedule. Smoking and big parties are not allowed. The number of pets must be approved. This older house is located in a wooded area where deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice are common. Thorough cleaning is done before each guest arrives, and all precautions are taken to prevent mice from entering the house. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside, guests are encouraged to alert the host immediately.
