The bedroom features plenty of storage to help you stay organized during your stay. A shared laundry area is located just inside the foyer. Guests have access to one designated parking space. Located in the vibrant and growing neighborhood of College Park, the apartment is just minutes from both downtown Atlanta and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This area offers a unique mix of suburban charm and urban convenience, with easy access to major highways, shopping centers, dining options, and local parks. Nearby attractions include the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC), Camp Creek Marketplace, and Old National Park. The College Park MARTA station is a short distance away, offering access to both bus and rail services. Several MARTA bus routes run throughout College Park, providing easy connections to surrounding neighborhoods, shopping centers, and the airport. The MARTA SkyTrain connects the airport to the nearby Georgia International Convention Center (GICC) and other key locations. Parties and events are not allowed, and there cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. Please refrain from making noise past 11PM. Pets are not allowed. There will be a $200 charge if the no-smoking rule is not followed.
