The unit includes two bedrooms, a king bed and a queen bed, with a sleeper sofa in living room and enjoy use of the fully stocked kitchen! You'll have access to the entire unit as well as the basement common space with a washer and dryer. The third bed in the listing is a sofa bed. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges for criminal trespass may be pressed. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm-8am. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking and flames are not allowed, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. Violating rules may result in reservation termination without refund and may incur additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund. There is complete control of the property retained, and reservations may be terminated for any reason without refund if there is belief of harm to people or property, disturbance to neighbors, or harm to the reputation of the property. Additional fees may apply for cleanup of human biomaterial, excessive pet hair, stains on carpets or linens, smoking indoors, unreturned keys, deep cleaning, and security fees.
