Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks are available for rent. Grocery delivery and in-home chef services can also be arranged, as well as a qualified babysitter. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day, but these costs do not cover individual amenity fees. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is two and one golf cart. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book this property. No pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.
