Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a credit of $35 a day to use towards beach gear rentals. Located in the private, oceanfront gated community of DeBordieu Colony near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this villa offers access to miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu Colony is located on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Activities include beach swimming, boating, off-shore and on-shore fishing, championship golf, Har Tru clay tennis courts, top golf, surf fishing, paddle boarding, museums, plantation tours, wildlife reserves, sculpture and botanical gardens, shopping, historic tours, and culinary adventures. The villa is an hour from Charleston and 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. No pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. The maximum number of cars allowed is 2 and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM. RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.
