DeBordieu Colony is centrally located between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book this property. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 2 and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour.
