For short-term renters, a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee is charged at the clubhouse front desk upon check-in. The fee is $35 for 1-12 guests and $45 for 13 or more guests, payable via credit or debit card. This one-time fee per house per reservation grants access to the resort's amenities, including the pool and gym.
