Feel at home in this beautiful suite located in the core of downtown on the 52nd floor, offering a lake view. This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home and features a fully functional kitchen with supplies including tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. Enjoy entertainment with the smart TV, Netflix, and Wi-Fi. A washer and dryer with supplies are available for your convenience. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night, or $10 per night if you book for at least 20 nights. Please request in advance as it could be booked. Pets are allowed with a fee of $20 per night for 1 pet. Travel cribs (for 0-18-month-old babies) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night; please book them in advance. You'll be within walking distance to the Scotia Bank Arena, Union Station, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, the Financial District, and hundreds of restaurants and bars. The Eaton Centre and Queen Street fashion district are also nearby, with easy access to the Subway and GO station. A grocery store, LCBO (liquor store), banks, and all other necessities are within walking distance. Check-in is after 3PM, and check-out is before 11AM. Late check-out may be possible if you notify us well in advance, and your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. If the smoke alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee.
