The home features an open-concept living room with a Smart TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy central A/C, ceiling fans, and high-speed Wi-Fi that supports up to 10 devices. There is also a private screened pool and outdoor dining porch. Early check-in and late check-out are available for $50 each, subject to availability. Located just 20 minutes from theme parks and near highways, shops, and dining, this home offers convenience and relaxation. Parties are fully prohibited. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. There is a $250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging; please use the trash can. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty that could be deducted from your booking account.
